Although it is the same quantity as the wine mentioned on my last blog, Moscato was a bit expensive; with 15 bucks spent on mascato, I could have 5L of red sangria. I spoke with the vendor, and according to them it was because of either quality and alcohol content. It kinda make sense, this particular wine has 10% alcohol and it was white. This wine was boxed stored and according to the vender the wine pair well with spicy chicken , sweet & sour curry in a sunny day afternoon; however, I had moscato in a rainy day with white rice and beef and it taste just as good as I was expecting it to be.

Swirl and Sniff. Usually it is kinda pointless swirling white wine, but I did and I felt good. The sniffing part wasn’t just better than the tasting part. It says that I does have peach but I couldent be able to smell but taste it. Besides of peach, and apricot, there was a spicy taste at the end that made it perfect.

Balance. Sugar, alcohol, acid, and tannis are all in balance. Everything is perfectly balanced, you barely notice the amount of alcohol until 5 or 10 minutes after. My preference when it comes to wine is always sweet to medium sweet and medium to light body.
