Shop/wine critic/winery review (these will be
cross-referenced with info provided by the shops to us)
•There are no right or wrong reviews, they
are your real and honest opinions of the wine.
This blog will be a little bit too short because
we are under a cooking wine. This Specific wine are not commercialized as beverage;
therefore there was no point to be snob and do some swirl and test the balance
of it; however, you can always sniff ahamm. Lemme tell you that it is amazing,
It make your spoiled food look pro. This wine has 12% alcohol and is the
perfect substitute for vinegar.
I used this wine almost everyday because I am a
proud Angolan that cook every day. If you guys need some tips about using it, hit
me up with comments; Please, as I said, this is a cooking wine. You cant drink,
it doest tast good, its kinda like vinegar; I just tried to make sure I wasn’t given
you bed avise. It has a sour like taste, therefore I advise you using only for
cooking purpose like seasoning meat, fish , and so forth.
